  • 83.33 g Paneer/Cottage Cheese
  • 10 g Onion
  • 16.67 g Tomato
  • 17 g Green Pepper/Capsicum
  • 16.67 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 g Chopped Ginger
  • 1.67 g Chopped Garlic
  • 2 chopped chilies
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon Ghee/Butter
  • 1.5 g teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 g teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 g teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 7-8 g Fresh Coriander leaves

Instructions :
  • Grate the paneer or crumble it.
  • To a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee/butter/oil and fry the onions and cumin seeds
  • Add the ginger, garlic, and green chili and fry.
  • Add in the tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and season.
  • Add 50 ml and cover and cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Add the green peppers and paneer and season with salt.
  • Now, add the cheese and cook for a further 3-4 minutes
  • Add 1 tablespoon butter and coriander to garnish.
  • Serve and enjoy
