Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and keep it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a mixing bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, and powdered sugar, and mix well. Pour the mixture into the lined pan and press into place.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bake the shortbread crust for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. While it is baking, prepare your lemon filling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a separate mixing bowl, mix your softened butter, powdered sugar, and lemon juice,.
