Our personal favorite Keto Saffron Barfi is a great replacement for all those complex calories as it includes a negligible amount of carbohydrates and toils your sweet tooth so you can enjoy it without feeling guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Amongst the various advantages of coconut consolidate its antioxidant characteristics, its ability to control blood pressure, and lower triglycerides. Being furthermore abundant in fiber and minerals (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and nutrients E, C, and B). However, this flavoring, which is extracted from the flowers has various remedial characteristics.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\/<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> cups shredded coconut <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(130 g)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\/<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> cup unsweetened coconut milk<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (320 ml)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">40g ghee<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(3.5 oz)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 tbsp Erythritol<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp cardamom powder\/ Elaichi powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10-20 saffron threads<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Optional:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> top with chopped almonds<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Instructions<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add coconut and 300 ml coconut milk in a bowl and mix it together properly. Now keep this mixture aside for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now add the remaining 20 ml coconut milk; add the saffron threads and the erythritol to the above mixture and mix it properly for the erythritol to melt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, heat a pan and ghee to it, and then add the coconut mixture. Keep stirring continuously to ensure the mixture does not stick to the surface below while keeping the flame at low heat f<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">or 5-7 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now dd the Elaichi\/cardamom powder to the pan and cook the mixture for another 5 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Get a baking tray of 16 cm. Butter the tray.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sever the mixture evenly on the tray, up to 1 cm thick. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shear with chopped almonds and gently press them in. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now freeze it for 2 to 2 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\/<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cut the barfi into small squared or in any other shape of your liking.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Freeze for up to 5 days or if too soft, or for up to 3 months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>Nutritional Facts Per Serving<\/h6>\n<p>Total Calories- 130 kcal<\/p>\n<p>Fat- 12g<\/p>\n<p>Protein &#8211; 2.3g<\/p>\n<p>Net carbs- 2g<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You see festivals in India are never really whole without sweets.
