You could pack some to add if you love them a lot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"toc_3\">Keto Salad jar ingredients &#8211;<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g chicken breasts, skinless and boneless (1.1 lb)<\/li>\n<li>8 slices bacon (240 g\/ 8.5 oz)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g\/ 5.3 oz)<\/li>\n<li>2 cups shredded lettuce\u00a0<em>or<\/em>\u00a0greens of choice (72 g\/ 2.5 oz)<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs, boiled and sliced or quartered<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"kdFraction\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>2<\/sub><\/span>\u00a0small red onion, sliced thinly (30 g\/ 1.1 oz)<\/li>\n<li><em>Optional:<\/em>\u00a0blue cheese\u00a0<em>or<\/em>\u00a0cubed cheddar and sliced avocado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"toc_4\">Dressing for the salad jar \u00a0&#8211;<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"kdFraction\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>4<\/sub><\/span>\u00a0cup\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2t9yIQs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">mayonnaise<\/a>\u00a0(55 g\/ 1.9 oz)<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"kdFraction\"><sup>1<\/sup>\/<sub>4<\/sub><\/span>\u00a0cup full-fat Greek yoghurt (63 g\/ 2.2 oz)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp apple cider vinegar\u00a0<em>or<\/em>\u00a0lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan (10 g\/ 0.4 oz)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you need to crisp up the bacon, preheat the oven to 180\u00a0\u00b0C\/ 355\u00a0\u00b0F\u2014season chicken and sear on both sides in an oven-proof skillet.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bake for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75\u00a0\u00b0C\/ 165\u00a0\u00b0F. Set aside to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the bacon roughly and fry on a skillet until crisp<\/li>\n<li>Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Add dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined\u2014place ingredients into a 1-quart (1-L) jar in the following order.<\/li>\n<li>Start with the dressing and chicken pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally, add cheese and\/or avocado.<\/li>\n<li>Add shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and bacon pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Top with quartered boiled eggs and red onion slices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Tip: To boil the eggs, place them in a pot and fill with water covering them by an inch. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water starts boiling, please turn off the heat and cover it with a lid. Remove from the burner and keep the eggs covered in the pot for 13 minutes (10 minutes for medium-sized eggs, 15 minutes for extra-large eggs). When done, transfer to a bowl filled with ice water and let them sit for 5 minutes. To peel, remove from the ice water, and crack each egg several times on the kitchen surface. Gently peel off the shells. Fresh eggs don\\&#8217;t peel well.
