They are made from thinly sliced onions, marinated in chickpea flour batter, lightly seasoned, and deep-fried till crisp. On keto, most of the ingredients are acceptable other than Besan or chickpea flour. Even though that isn\\&#8217;t too high on carbs either. But, in keto onion bhaji you can use flax seed flour and egg. Normally, this is vegetarian food but on keto, you need to tweak a bit to get the result you want. We always can\\&#8217;t do whatever we wish for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The keto onion bhajis are loaded with tender sweet onion, aromatic spices, coated in a crunchy almond batter, and pan-fried until golden. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These bhajis require no special ingredients, just a few spices, an onion, and olive oil for frying. Transfer the contents to a mixing bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Finely slice the onion and add to the bowl with the batter. Stir well, so that the onion and batter are combined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Warm the oil in a small saucepan over high heat. Once hot, scoop a tablespoon of the onion and batter mixture at a time and very carefully dip into the pan.
