This procedure uses Mughlai masalas such as coriander powder, garam masala, and Kasuri methi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">250 gm Button Mushroom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Medium Sized Onion Chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cup Tomato Chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc cup Cashew Nuts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc cup Fresh Cream or Malai<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One tsp Garlic Paste and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ginger Paste each<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2-3 tbsp Ghee or Butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd tsp Turmeric Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Garam Masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Coriander Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1-2 Bay Leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1-2 Big Cardamom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pinch of Hing\/Asafoetida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1-2 tsp Kasuri Methi\/Dried Fenugreek Leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chopped Coriander Leaves for Garnishing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rinse and clean the Mushroom, and cut it into slices or halve it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Warm ghee or butter, add diced mushrooms, salt, and saut\u00e9 it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till golden brown in a kadhai.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Detach mushroom into a plate using a slotted spoon and keep aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now utilize the same pan with the remaining ghee. Adjoin ginger-garlic paste, add chopped onion and cashew nuts in it, and saut\u00e9 it till golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adjoin chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and fry it till the tomato becomes soft and mussy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Saut\u00e9 it till the mixture leaves the oil, switch of the flame, and keep aside till it cools down.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the mixture cools down, add it into a blender jar and make a fine smooth paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heat oil again in the same kadhai. Combine bay leaves, big cardamom, and a pinch of hing in it, then add the prepared paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now add half a cup of water, bring it to boil, or boil it for 2-3 minutes. Adjoin fresh cream and mushroom. Whisk it well and cook it for few minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mughlai Mushroom Malai is ready, sprinkle some Kasuri methi and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
