Havarti cut into 1\/2-inch thick strips<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cup pork rinds crushed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup almond flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup grated Parmesan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 egg whites<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 1\/2 cup coconut oil or enough to fill a medium skillet to an inch<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the Cheese Sticks<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heat the oil to 375\u00b0F in a medium skillet or deep frying skillet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a shallow dish, whisk the egg whites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Whisk together the crushed pork rinds, almond flour, and Parmesan in a separate shallow dish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dredge the cheese strips into the egg whites, then into the pork rind mixture, then back into the egg whites, and once again back into the pork rind mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using tongs, cautiously line the coated cheese sticks one at a time into the hot oil.
