Now, cut the chicken in \u00bd inch cubes and place in a separate bowl. Pour the seasoning mixture in over the chicken and mix well to coat the chicken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now in a large skillet, heat the butter &amp; olive oil over a medium-high flame until the butter starts to foam. Now add the seasoned chicken and cook for a few minutes (not completely cooked).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the yellow onion into the skillet now and saute for about 2 mins until it begins to soften.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the onion has softened, add in the pasta, the roasted diced tomatoes and the chicken broth and stir well to mix. Place the lid over the skillet and cook until the broth comes to a boil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As the broth comes to a boil, reduce the flame to medium-low and let the pasta simmer for about 10 mins.
