Definitely a must-try this fall!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Creamy kabocha squash and roasted red pepper pasta look very mouth-watering and a pretty delectable thing to eat! All you need to just arrange some veggies and kabocha squash to prepare it.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1\/2 c. raw cashews<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1 small kabocha squash<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1 head of garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1\/3 cauliflower, cut into large florets<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1\/2 medium onion (roughly chopped)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1 medium carrot, roughly chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1\/4 c. roasted red peppers, drained<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 2 to 3 c. vegetable broth (or as needed)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Salt and black pepper, to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 1\/2 to 3\/4 c. fresh basil (unpacked), sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 800g gluten-free spaghetti noodles (or pasta of your choice)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serve with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Vegan parmesan cheese (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Fresh basil, sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Black pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><b>Instructions:<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soak the cashews in water overnight.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another method, you can also bring a small pot of water to a boil, remove it from heat and add in the cashews.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Let them soak until you blend the sauce together (which will be about\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 hour).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heat the oven to 400\u00b0F and position the rack to the middle of the oven. Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Clean and dry the kabocha squash, place it all on the baking sheet and into the oven for 18-20 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Detach the pan from the oven and cool until the squash is easy to handle.
