Its lemony and garlicky components compliment each other creating a delicious meal, especially when topped with a parmesan sprinkle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So here\u2019s an easy to cook recipe for the delicious pasta!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients (4 Servings)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ketoindia.fit\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Chicken-Spinach-Skillet-Pasta-with-Lemon-and-Parmesan1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-32095 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ketoindia.fit\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Chicken-Spinach-Skillet-Pasta-with-Lemon-and-Parmesan1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Chicken &amp; Spinach Skillet Pasta with Lemon and Parmesan\" width=\"364\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Penne pasta (220g, gluten-free or whole-wheat penne)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Extra-virgin olive oil (2 tbsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boneless and skinless chicken breast\/thigh (450g, cut into small pieces)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt (\u00bd tsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ground pepper (\u00bc tsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Minced garlic cloves (4)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dry white wine (\u00bd cup)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lemon juice (1 lemon)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chopped fresh spinach (10 cups)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">grated Parmesan cheese (4 tbsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boil the pasta (for the amount of time as instructed on the package) with some salt in a pot of water. Drain and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a large skillet (high-sided) heat the olive oil on a medium to high flame. Once heated, add in the chicken with salt and pepper and let it cook well for about 5-7 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the chicken is cooked, add in garlic and stir. Let it cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Now add in the wine and the lemon juice and stir well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Remove the skillet off the flame and add in the spinach and the cooked pasta.
