Its succulent flavours and mouth watering aroma makes it a dish the entire family will enjoy to the fullest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So here\u2019s an easy to follow recipe to help you enjoy this amazing soup at home!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients (6 Servings)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boneless chicken thighs (450g, preferably cut into 1-inch pieces)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shredded carrots (2 medium-sized)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dry sherry (2 tbsp, optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soy sauce (1 tbsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rice vinegar (1 tbsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grated fresh ginger (1 tsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ground black pepper (\u00bc tsp)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chicken broth (90ml\/14oz)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Water (1 cup)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dried rice vermicelli noodles\/ noodles (60g)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Frozen pea pods (170g approx., halved diagonally)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a 6 inch crock pot, add and combine the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">chicken, carrots, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and pepper. You can also add in the sherry if desired. Once combined well, add in the chicken broth and water and stir.
