It is a super easy yet satisfying meatless meal that\u2019s full of spicy goodness!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This recipe is naturally a Vegan and Gluten-free meal full of nutrients. Filled with a full serving of rich high-quality plant protein, bean or lentil sprouts are one of the most inexpensive superfoods you can find.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This sprouts curry is also very low in fat calories and high in fiber. It contains essential vitamins and nutrients including potassium, Vitamin C, folate, Vitamin K, Vitamin A, beta carotene, and antioxidants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One cup mixed sprouts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp mustard oil (Sarson ka tel)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tomatoes pureed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tsp coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp red chili powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1-inch ginger finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 green chili, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 squeeze lime juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A handful of chopped coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heat 1 tbsp of mustard oil in a cooker. Heat it till the smoking point.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Turn off the flame and let it cool down, Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera). Permit the seeds to cook on low flame for a minute till absolutely aromatic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, adjoin in a puree of 2 tomatoes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook on low to medium flame, stirring occasionally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook till the oil oozes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Put in 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, \u00bd tsp turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for a minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add in 1 cup of mixed sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, put in chopped ginger and 1 chopped green chili. Cook everything for a minute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add in one cup of water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pressure cook on high heat till the first whistle. Thereafter on low flame for 10 minutes. Let the pressure release.
