These quick Dessert Recipes for Diabetes are perfect to consume while following a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. These include the right type and amount of sugar substitutes that are the go-to desserts for diabetics.<\/p>\n<h4>Here are a few quick Dessert Recipes for Diabetes &#8211;<\/h4>\n<h5>Oats Kheer &#8211;<\/h5>\n<p>Prep time &#8211; 15 mins | Cook Time &#8211; 25 mins | Total time &#8211; 40 mins | Serving &#8211; 2 |<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredients &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 liter milk<\/li>\n<li>1 cup oats<\/li>\n<li>6-7 almonds<\/li>\n<li>4-5 dates<\/li>\n<li>1 banana<\/li>\n<li>2 cardamom<\/li>\n<li>6-7 raisins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Instructions &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>For about 4-5 minutes, roast the oats.<\/li>\n<li>Add milk, cardamom, dates, raisins, and almonds in a pan and boil it for about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add oats to this and allow it to boil until it has a thick consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Once prepared, add fruits to it and serve hot or cold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Rose Sandesh &#8211;<\/h5>\n<p>Serving &#8211; 10 pieces<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredients &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tsp rose water<\/li>\n<li>2 liters low fat milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp crushed rose petals<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsps sugar substitute<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp citric acid<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsps chopped pistachios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Instructions &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Add the milk to a flat-bottomed pan and allow it to boil. Once it starts boiling, add citric acid to it. After the milk had curdled, remove it from the flame.<\/li>\n<li>Take a bowl and spread the muslin cloth over it. Pour the curdled milk. Squeeze the fabric to remove the additional water and store the paneer in a container.<\/li>\n<li>Make a fine paste of the paneer by kneading and mashing.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sugar substitute, rose water, and crushed rose petals to it.<\/li>\n<li>Mix it well and spread it on a clean and flat surface.<\/li>\n<li>Using a knife, cut it into even shapes ( either square or rectangle ) and garnish it with chopped pistachios.<\/li>\n<li>Preserve it in the refrigerator for an hour before you serve it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Diabetic-Friendly Shrikhand-<\/h5>\n<p>Serving- 2<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredients &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>500g Yogurt<\/li>\n<li>6-7 pods of cardamom<\/li>\n<li>20g Almonds<\/li>\n<li>6-7 drops of stevia liquid<\/li>\n<li>35g erythritol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Instructions &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a deep bowl and place a muslin cloth over it. Using a band, Fix the cloth so that it doesn&#8217;t move.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the yogurt over the muslin cloth and allow it to drain to get rid of the additional water ( leave it overnight in the fridge).<\/li>\n<li>The remaining hung curd is half the quantity of the original curd.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer this hung curd to a bowl and lightly whisk it until the curd becomes smooth ( add 1 spoon of water or fresh cream to it, if it&#8217;s too thick )<\/li>\n<li>Add cardamom, stevia, and erythritol to it.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with almonds and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Ragi Oats Lado-<\/h5>\n<p>Serving -4<\/p>\n<h6>Ingredients &#8211;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup oats flour<\/li>\n<li>1.5 cups ragi flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>20 dates ( ripe)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup coconut powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cardamom powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp ghee<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup white sesame seeds<\/li>\n<li>12 cashew nuts<\/li>\n<li>10g stevia powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Instructions-<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Lightly roast the oats and ragi flour. Grind it in a grinder after it cools down.<\/li>\n<li>Make a paste of dates ( 15 dates )by removing the seeds from the dates and blending them with milk.<\/li>\n<li>Roast the cashew nuts and sesame seeds.<\/li>\n<li>In 2 separate pans, pour some ghee and add ragi to one of the pans and the oats flour in the other one and roast it.<\/li>\n<li>After this, mix both the flour together and add the remaining ghee.<\/li>\n<li>Add stevia, cardamom powder and date paste to it.<\/li>\n<li>Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes and add the dates paste to it.<\/li>\n<li>Make small balls of the batter into ladoos.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the ladoos over the sesame seeds and coconut powder and add cashew to it ladoo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Get\u00a0<a class=\"c-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livofy.com\/health\/shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">started<\/a>\u00a0with your Weight Loss Journey today and take a step towards a healthy lifestyle!
