It&#8217;s a full-packed meal but requires a little preparation time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 cup mixed sprouts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 1\/2 teaspoon cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 1\/2 teaspoon dry mango powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One gm chopped cucumber<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One gm grated carrot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Six tablespoon chopped spring onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Six tablespoon finely chopped mint leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 teaspoon lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 cup water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3\/4 teaspoon red chili powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 gm chopped tomato<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6 tablespoon chopped capsicum (green pepper)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 finely chopped green chili<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For Garnishing<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 1-<\/strong> Prepare the sprouts in boiling water until soft<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To make this delectable recipe, take a saucepan and pour water into it. Over a moderate flame, boil the water and add mixed sprouts to it. Boil the sprouts for a few minutes or until they turn soft but crunchy. Drain the excess water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 2-<\/strong> Put in spices and all the other ingredients to the sprouts<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shift the boiled sprouts in a large mixing bowl, adjoin cumin powder, dry mango powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well. Post the spices and condiments well combined with the sprouts, add chopped cucumber, carrot, capsicum, tomato, spring onions, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice.
