And crown it with some more basil for good measure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Burgers<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 lb ground chicken breast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc bag spinach 2-3 handfuls, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 Tbsp Gluten-free rolled oats<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd lemon zested<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aioli<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 egg yolk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 Tbsp lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/3 cup olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 clove garlic minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 Tbsp oil-packed* sun-dried tomatoes drained<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc cup Parmesan cheese grated (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Couple all burger ingredients and mix until thoroughly mixed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transform into 4-6 patties, and fry on each side in a hot oiled skillet until the internal temperature of burgers reaches over 165\u00b0F.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the dressing, blend an egg yolk, lemon juice. Turn the machine on and mix, and with the machine still running, slowly pour the oil in a very thin stream through the top. Once all the oil has been added and emulsified, blend in the garlic and tomatoes, processing until smooth. Soill into a dish stir in cheese if desired.
