It\\&#8217;s a popular Indochinese dish that has crispy fried chicken cubes topped with a slightly sweet and spicy sauce!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This Keto version of the regular Indo-Chinese Chilli Chicken is low-carb and also gluten-free. Don\\&#8217;t use cornmeal for this recipe because the end result is drier and juicier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\">The Chilli Chicken recipe is made with pieces of boneless chicken thighs. If desired, you can also use chicken breast, but this is not recommended as chicken breast tends to dry out quickly. We need to make sure our chicken pieces are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chicken is high in protein, making it an ideal food for weight loss.
