This stock will be used later.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a\u00a0 pan heat the ghee and brown the onions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add\u00a0 garam masala, chilly powder, and the mutton pieces<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook the mixture until it gets its color and flavor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now roast mutton on low heat for 15-20minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beat the curd lightly and keep it handy. After every 5-7 minutes keep adding the stock and the yogurt alternatively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The mutton will be cooked once the fat separates.
