When it\u2019s seasoned well and used in a recipe with other great flavors and textures going on, it is delicious and you\u2019ll feel great about getting more vegetables into your day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cauliflower is such a versatile vegetable and we can experiment it with different recipes and one of my favorite thing to do with this cruciferous vegetable is to turn it into \u201crice\u201d because rice can often leave dishes feeling heavy, it\u2019s nice to substitute a vegetable where a starch would usually be. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Besides, it\u2019s a great way to squeeze more servings of vegetables into your day, and also it is keto-friendly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keto cauli rice tastes delicious and is great for weekly meal prep so You can easily prepare a batch and add it to your meals for a veggie boost all week long. There are two techniques for making Keto cauli rice, You can either use a box grater with the medium-size holes traditionally used for cheese or a food processor with the grater blade to blitz it into small pieces. The purpose of both techniques is to cut the cauliflower into small pieces just like rice granules.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1) Cauliflower.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) Coconut Oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) Onion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4) Garlic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5) Ginger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6) Soy Sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7) Black Pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><b>Instructions<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1) Preheat coconut oil in a pot. Add Onion, garlic, ginger and saute them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) Add the cauliflower to the pot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) Stir well mix to mix with onion, garlic, ginger. Cook Until lightly toasted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4) Add stock to the pot and let the pot boil. Reduce pot to a simmer until reduced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5) Flavor pot with soy sauce ( in little amount ), black pepper, and citrus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6) Beat Xanthan gum into the pot. Continue to cook pot until the congee has thickened.
