The fact that it\u2019s made out of Italian seasoning and creamy cheese also lets the noodles immerse right in with the remaining ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The lasagna is keto-style and low carb with two big modifications. The initial step is superseding traditional lasagna noodles with cheese noodles. The second step is using a\u00a0 marinara sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>INGREDIENTS &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For meat sauce-<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 yellow onion, finely chopped and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 garlic clove, finely chopped <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">one, one-fourth lbs ground beef\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 tbsp tomato paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp ground black\u00a0 pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2153 cup of water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>For Cheese Topping &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 cups sour cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 oz. mozzarella cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 oz. parmesan cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp\u00a0 ground black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd cup fresh parsley, finely\u00a0 chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>For Lasagna Sheets &#8211;<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8 eggs beaten<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 oz. cream cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 tbsp ground\u00a0 psyllium husk powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>INSTRUCTIONS :\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For Meat Sauce &#8211;<\/span><\/em><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First of all, finely chop garlic and onion and fry in olive oil until soft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the ground beef\/mutton and fry until golden.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now add tomato paste ( 20gms) and spices to the pan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stir thoroughly and add water.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and let simmer for the water to evaporate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Don\u2019t soak up as much liquid as regular ones, let the mixture dry.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0For Lasagna Sheets-<\/span><\/em><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now, In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the cheese, eggs, and salt until it becomes a smooth batter. Gradually mix in the psyllium husk, and then set aside for a few minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, add the butter to the center of the parchment paper, and then place another parchment paper on top. Flatten with a rolling pin until the batter is at least 13\u201dx 18.\u201d If you prefer thinner pasta, you can divide the batter into two equal batches, placing on two baking sheets with parchment paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bake each sheet for about a few minutes. Set aside to cool.
