It\\&#8217;s usually served as an appetizer and VERY thinly sliced. <\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1) 30g capers<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) 10g Garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) Fresh Basil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4) 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5) 15 Mayo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6) \u00bd Tsp Dried Parsley<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7) \u00bc Tsp Ground Black Pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8) 1 Tbsp Olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">9) 120g Chicken<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10) 50g Leafy Greens<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>INSTRUCTIONS<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix capers, garlic cloves, fresh basil, dried parsley, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper, olive oil for the sauce in a food processor. Store it for some time for the flavor to develop.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cut the chicken into small pieces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Put the chicken breasts in a pot with enough lightly salted water to cover it. (skip the step if using pre-cooked chicken).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boil the water and discard the foam appearing on the surface.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Allow it to simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Allow the chicken breasts to rest for at least 8-10 minutes before slicing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spread leafy greens on serving plates and place sliced chicken on top.
