Sub the pine nuts with walnuts in the pesto. Go easy on the tomatoes so that the serving is more than enough to add the taste to this dish. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will devour this one and not miss the old pasta at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1) 140g Chicken Breast<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) 2 Tbsp Olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) Pink Himalayan Salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4) \u00bc Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5) 25g Tomato<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6) 60g Basil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7) 15g Walnuts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8) 10g Garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">9) \u00bd Lemon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10) 80g Zucchini<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>INSTRUCTIONS<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F and Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet, brush with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and season with Pink Himalayan salt and cracked black pepper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Take the chicken out of the oven to add the tomato on the vine, again brushing with oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Return to the oven and bake for a further 15 minutes, or until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare the pesto meanwhile, by blending all the ingredients(basil, walnuts, garlic,1\u20442 lemon, Pink Himalayan salt) except the olive oil. Once a paste has formed slowly add the oil to the running blender.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stop it once the pesto is mixed properly and reach the desired consistency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spiralize the zucchini to create your pasta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a skillet with one tsp of olive oil, fry the zucchini for 3 minutes. Get off the heat and blend through the pesto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Put together the dish by placing half the pesto zucchini in each bowl.
