Keto Grilled Paneer is a simple meal that will help you meet your fat macros while having nearly no carbs per serving.<\/p>\n<p>Keto Grilled Paneer is a quick and easy meal that can be served as a snack or as a main course. It is not necessary for this recipe to be vegetarian. If you prefer eggs or you can use chopped chicken thigh meat, swine leg meat, or even fillet beef for the paneer.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>7.5 g ghee or butter<br \/>\n5 g ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n3 tbsp Greek yogurt or heavy whipping cream<br \/>\n3 g tsp tandoori seasoning<br \/>\n7 ml tbsp lime juice<br \/>\n1 g salt<br \/>\n16 g red onion<br \/>\n28 g green bell peppers<br \/>\n60 g paneer<br \/>\n2 wooden skewers<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Request for a callback<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Add ghee, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, or cream to a bowl and mix it well. Add salt and the tandoori masala seasoning. Add the lime juice and stir well to combine the marinade.<br \/>\nChop the onion, and green bell pepper, and cut paneer into individual cubes.<br \/>\nMarinate the paneer and the veggies in the tandoori marinade. Allow sitting for a few hours at least.<br \/>\nIn a bowl of cold water soak the wooden skewers to avoid them burning in the oven. Slide the paneer and veggies onto the skewers.<br \/>\nGrill on the highest flame or in a frying pan in some ghee or oil until the veggies get charred and the paneer gets a nice golden color.<br \/>\nDrizzle with some fresh lime juice if you like.
