Lemon juice add tangy zing to this delicious fish recipe. You can enjoy it with steamed rice.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>30 g fresh coriander stems and leaves (chopped)<br \/>\n100 ml good-quality coconut milk<br \/>\n1 green onion (sliced, including green stem)<br \/>\n33 g tomato<br \/>\n2 tbsp butter<br \/>\nTwo cm ginger (grated)<br \/>\n1 clove garlic and 1 bay leaf<br \/>\n10 ml of fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp regular chili powder<br \/>\nHalf teaspoon ground cumin and half teaspoon ground coriander<br \/>\n1-2 drops of erythritol<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon turmeric, \u00bc teaspoon shrimp paste, and \u00bc fresh red chile, minced<br \/>\n100 g fish (ANY)<br \/>\n2 tsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>First Gather all the ingredients.<br \/>\nBlend all the ingredients well to form a curry.<br \/>\nIf you can\\&#8217;t find shrimp paste, feel free to substitute 1 extra teaspoon of fish sauce.<br \/>\nAdd butter to the wok or large frying pan and then pour sauce and set over medium-high heat. Now add bay leaf and bring sauce to a gentle boil.<br \/>\nStir well.<br \/>\nReduce heat to medium-high or until the sauce is simmering nicely.<br \/>\nCover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables have softened.<br \/>\nGently stir in the fish and tomato. Continue simmering until fish is flaking and cooked to your liking.<br \/>\nAdd curry sauce and vegetables to the fish into a serving bowl or serve straight from the wok.
