Once it\u2019s melted, add the garlic and let sizzle until fragrant, about 1 minute and let it reduce slightly, scraping up the brown bits from the bottom of the pan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5) Add the diced tomatoes and saut\u00e9 for 2 minutes. Lower the heat, add the cream, and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on low flame and keep stirring it occasionally until the sauce reduces to a slightly thicker consistency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6) Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted for about 1 minute.
