So, for those who want to make delicious chicken mushroom curry at home, here is a simple recipe!<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTS :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">250g Boneless chicken<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp ginger garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp red chilli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tsp paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp meat masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pink Himalayan salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbs ghee\/olive oil\/coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbs butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients for mushroom coconut curry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coconut milk- 150 ml<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5-6 cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7-8 peppercorns<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2-3 dill leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 dried chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tsp red chilli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100g buttoned mushrooms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">35g tomato<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">35g onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2-3 green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Request a call back<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>INSTRUCTIONS :<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For Roasted chicken &#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grab a bowl, add the chicken, and marinade it with everything but the Himalayan salt. The dish should now be set away for an hour or refrigerated for the night.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">When the chicken is ready to be cooked, sprinkle pink Himalayan salt over the entire surface. If you\\&#8217;re using minced meat, add salt now and form it into balls.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Get a pan and heat ghee on medium flame and add in the meat pieces and fry.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Allow one side of the meat to fry till it becomes golden in colour and then flip the meat over. And let the meat cook thoroughly.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now while the meat is cooking, add butter midway at different spots to coat all the pieces in liquid goodness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Displace the chicken from the pan and set it aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0For Mushroom and Coconut curry-\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add cloves, peppercorns, dill leaves, and red chilies to the same hot pan with the leftover grease. Now, fry on a medium temperature for one minute.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add in onion and chopped green chillies and fry till onion starts to become translucent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now add in the mushrooms and tomatoes in the pan and cover it with a lid for 5-7 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Blend this mixture in a blender and put it back in the pan and add the salt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now slowly add coconut milk to the pan with continuous stirring.
