Paneer do Pyaza recipe is prepared with tomatoes, onions and our amazing spices used in Indian cuisines.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTS :<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp ghee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10g butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">160g diced paneer pieces<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd tsp cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 bay leaf<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3-4 green cardamom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Green chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">40g chopped onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">30g finely chopped tomatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10g ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 g garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd tsp coriander powder, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd tsp turmeric powder\u00a0 and,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1-2 Red chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pink Himalayan Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kasoori methi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>INSTRUCTIONS :<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heat a pressure cooker over medium flame.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add ghee, cumin, 2 bay leaf, 3-4\u00a0 green cardamom.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once it starts crackling add chopped onion, ginger, garlic. Saute.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add\u00a0 2 green chillies and saute for 1 more minute. also, coriander powder,\u00a0 turmeric powder,\u00a0 Kashmiri red chilli powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add whole red chillies,\u00a0 finely chopped tomatoes and pink Himalayan salt to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook for 3 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add\u00a0 30g quartered onions and water. Mix with the masala. Pressure Cook for 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adjoin kasoori methi, \u00bc tsp garam Masala and 10g butter. Mix Well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add 160g diced paneer pieces and mix well.
