Here we have for you a tasty Keto Paneer Idli recipe, which you can enjoy while on a Keto Diet as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Idli is originally a\u00a0 south Indian dish but has now become popular across the country. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The traditional recipe is prepared using rice batter, therefore, not making it a very keto-friendly option. But with little tweaks and changes, you can enjoy your breakfast favorite without disturbing your health goals!<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 Spoons of Coconut Flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Tablespoon psyllium Husk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 teaspoon Baking Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100 gram Paneer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Spoon Curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coconut Oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 teaspoon Salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Flax seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><b>Recipe<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For preparing the batter, put the Paneer in a grinder and grind it fine<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now add the Coconut Flour, Psyllium husk, Baking powder Salt, and all the remaining ingredients in the mixer grinder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grind them and your batter should be ready.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Let the batter settle down<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the paste is ready cover it with a cloth and lets it rest for half an hour or so.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Start making Idli like shape from the dough you have prepared.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Put it in the Idli Cooker and cook it for 10 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enjoy steaming hot, serve with coconut chutney.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avoid serving them with Sambhar, since they are not very keto-friendly. Instead, you can serve it with coconut chutney, which is just as easy to prepare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One Cup Fresh Coconuts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4-5 Curry Leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 Teaspoon Coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 Tablespoon curd<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 \u2013 3 Green Chillies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2-3 Dried Red chilli<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Half cup coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Teaspoon cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Half an inch of Ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Tablespoon Roasted Chana Dal<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One Teaspoon Urad Dal<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pinch of Asafetida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pinch of Turmeric powder for Tadka<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><b>Recipe<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Start by adding Chopped coconut, curry leaves,\u00a0 Salt, Roasted Chana Dal, Curd, Ginger, Green chilies, Coriander leaves and cumin seeds in a blender or mixer grinder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add little water and grind it thoroughly, make sure you make it like a smoothie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon coconut oil to it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reheat the oil and start by adding mustard seeds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the mustard seeds start to crackle, add curry leaves,\u00a0 Asafoetida, Urad Dal,a pinch of turmeric powder, and Dried Red chili.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook until the tadka starts to crackle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix this with the chutney prepared earlier, and serve with Keto Idlis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We love this recipe and we know you will too.
