You are most certainly missing out. We<span style=\"font-size: 16px\">\u00a0love the versatility of the cheese; grill it, pan fry it, bake it, grate it, use it raw and it tastes simply amazing. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>This time we are keeping the paneer basic, and in a salad. It\u2019s one of the easiest dishes you can put together for a nutritious keto meal. We love this, especially with a delectable home-made sour cream dressing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Now that summer is fast approaching we all can use some quick and easy salad recipes. Something besides grilled chicken and shrimp though. Not that there is anything wrong with grilled chicken and shrimp salads. YUM!<\/p>\n<p>But we want our Vegetarian Ketoers to have their versions to these amazing salads too. Our local Indian take-out joints serve a paneer salad just like this. The paneer turns it from a salad into an entree. This Keto Paneer Salad actually makes our meals complete.<\/p>\n<h4>INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR KETO PANEER SALAD<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Paneer \u2013 150 g, cut into bite-sized cubes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Lettuce \u2013 150 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Onion \u2013 12 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cherry tomatoes \u2013 20 g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cucumber \u2013 15g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Capsicum \u2013 20g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Olives \u2013 30g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Jalapeno \u2013 25g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Green chilies, chopped (optional) \u2013 2<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cheese \u2013 Grated or slices, chopped roughly<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt \u2013 As required<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ground pepper \u2013 To season<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Olive oil \u2013 \u00bd tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h4>DIRECTIONS TO MAKE KETO PANEER SALAD<\/h4>\n<p><em><strong>For the dressing:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sour Cream: 1.5 Tbsp<br \/>\nWater: As Required<br \/>\nFresh Chives (Optional): 4 Sprigs, Chopped<br \/>\nSalt &amp; Pepper \u2013 To Season<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Method for the Dressing:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"instructions\">\n<li>In a small bowl, add sour cream and add a few drops of water.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk until the sour cream is thin.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped chives.<\/li>\n<li>Mix all the ingredients well and set aside or refrigerate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method for the Salad:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large bowl, add all the vegetables and top it with the paneer cubes and cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle the prepared salad dressing and olive oil when you are ready to consume the salad.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well and serve fresh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><em><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have used cheddar cheese slice, swap for any other cheese of your liking.<\/li>\n<li>Add\/omit ingredients to suit your taste.<\/li>\n<li>The ingredients have been measured to keep in mind my ketogenic macros. Adjust quantities of the ingredients to suit your needs.<\/li>\n<li>I have had this salad with an addition of crumbled feta, and it tasted incredible.<\/li>\n<li>Can\u2019t get sour cream? Not a worry! Use Greek yogurt or full-fat natural yogurt.<\/li>\n<li>I have used iceberg lettuce, use any variety of mixed greens in the salad.<\/li>\n<li>I prefer using fresh paneer in the salad, you may shallow
