The taste won\u2019t let you feel that you\u2019re not on a keto-diet, instead it will make you feel as if you\\&#8217;re having the best burger!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Time Taken: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">30 Minutes\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Servings:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 7 burgers\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">300 gm Paneer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Finely Chopped Onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp Powdered Psyllium Husk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cup Finely Chopped Coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Turmeric Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keto burger buns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lettuce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Garam Masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cheese Slices\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keto burger sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Coriander Powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt to Taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 Cloves of Chopped Garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">30 gm Grated Cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tsp Ghee or unsalted butter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #0274be\"><b>Request a callback!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><b>Recipe<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Take a mixing bowl with paneer in it. Then, add the turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now, add the chopped garlic. Now, mix and mash it thoroughly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thereafter, include the finely chopped onions, to the paneer cutlet mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The grated cheese and finely chopped green chilies, are to be added to the above dough.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To provide a better binding capacity to the cutlets, add psyllium husk to the dough.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare 7-9 medium-sized balls out of the final mixture. Flatten them in the form of a patty.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a pan, melt &amp; heat butter\/ghee, fry the paneer patties. Fry them on a medium flame until they turn golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Place a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and saute the patties for 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked to your preferred doneness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can either use keto-friendly burger buns or lettuce to serve your burger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Split the burger buns in half, top the bottom pieces with a slice of cheese, followed by a patty, onion, pickles, burger sauce, and lettuce, then the top bun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Serve immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We love this recipe and we know for sure that you will too.
