Low carb instant pot palak paneer with cauliflower rice recipe is here given below.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients-<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palak paneer:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 tbsp ghee\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tsp garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a tsp coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a tsp paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">one tsp sea salt, or to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Serrano pepper or chillies of choice, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 medium onion, chopped\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 cloves garlic, minced\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp minced fresh ginger,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 small tomato, chopped\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">450 g fresh spinach or frozen, thawed &amp; drained spinach\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">450 g paneer cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cumin cauliflower rice:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp ghee (30 g\/ 1.1 oz)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp garam masala<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">one medium cauliflower, riced (720 g\/ 1.6 lb)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pinch of sea salt, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instructions-<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Set the Instant Pot to Saut\u00e9. Add the ghee to the pot, once hot add in the spices and toast for 30 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add in the Serrano pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato cooking for 3-4 minutes until soft. (Depending on the desired heat you can use any other mild or hot chilies)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the spinach and the water to the pot and place the lid on, cancel the Saut\u00e9 function, and turn to Manual, high pressure for 1 minute. Use the quick release then blend using an immersion blender to make a smooth paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stir in the paneer and season with salt to taste. Leave on warm function while you prepare for cauliflower rice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Place the florets in a food processor and using a grating blade or the S blade, process until it resembles rice (do not over-process if using the S blade).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Place the ghee in a large skillet. Once hot, add the spices and toast for 30 seconds, add the cauliflower rice and cook until the water evaporates and the rice is fluffy. Season with salt to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Serve with the palak paneer.
