The diet isn't a replacement for medical advice but can be done along with the medication that your doctor has prescribed to you.

Yes, homemade food is best while incorporating a diet protocol. One can travel, and attend social events and still stick to the diet, the support for the same will be provided by us.
This varies for every person, however, we recommend sticking to the nutrition protocol for at least 3 months to get results.
For someone who has been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, isn’t recommended to do a Ketogenic Diet Protocol, perhaps a Balanced Diet Protocol should be best for someone like that.
