RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If a user has made a payment to Livofy regarding consultation, then once a payment is made a user is not eligible for refund. A user can either choose to pause the consultation for a maximum of 30 days or transfer the remaining period to their friend or family of the consultation at a transfer charge of INR 750.
The Livofy team is not responsible for transferring the consultation to any of Livofy’s new or existing clients.
For users on the subscription plan, money would be auto-debited from their account after the end of their plan and subsequently new plan would be initiated as per follows:
- User with 1 month plan would be re-initiated with a 1 month plan.
- User with 3 month plan would be renewed with a 1 month plan.
- User with 6 month plan would be renewed with a 1 month plan.
For second/consecutive subscriptions, refund may be initiated only within the next three days from the date of auto-debit. For any refund within 72 hours after making the payment, users need to mail us at “firstname.lastname@example.org”
If you wish to cancel your subscription for consequent months with Livofy, kindly contact us at “email@example.com”
If a user wishes to pause the consultation and does not respond within 30 days, the consultation period will resume thereafter.
Any requests after that would not be eligible for refund.
