About Our Nutritionists

Our team at Livofy comprises of certified nutritionists whose sole aim is to work towards helping the client manage their health conditions through personalised diets specifically curated for each client. Our highly dedicated team of nutritionists strive towards making their client’s goal their own and achieve it smoothly.
I have done my Bachelor’s with a specialisation in Food and Nutrition from Delhi University and thereafter pursued Master’s in the same field. I have worked in the public health sector with the Nutrition Foundation of India. Looking at the kind of influence and the way Keto India has helped people for conditions beyond weight loss, it feels great to be a part of this company and help people with various medical backgrounds including Diabetes, Thyroid and PCOD.
I have done my MSc in Dietetics and Food Service Management. I have done my course in Public Nutrition from Delhi University and Specialisation in Gut Health from Ryan Fernando. I have been a Diabetic Coach Practitioner in Just For Hearts, Pune, and has also worked at the National Heart Institute Hospital. I borrow from my experience at Vardhaman Infertility Hospital, WF Diet Clinic, and Studio GX to provide expert care and nutrition consultation to people. I am passionate about nutrition and believe in the importance of nutrition for the well-being of the body and mind.
Dr. Westman is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University. He is Board Certified in Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine, and founded the Duke Keto Medicine Clinic in 2006 after 8 years of clinical research regarding low carbohydrate ketogenic diets. He is an editor of the textbook: Obesity: Evaluation & Treatment Essentials, and author of the New York Times Bestseller The New Atkins for a New You, Cholesterol Clarity, and Keto Clarity. He is Past-President and Master Fellow of the Obesity Medicine Association and Fellow of The Obesity Society and the co-founder of Adapt Your Life, an education and product company based on low carbohydrate concepts.
Dr. Ken Berry, MD is a Family Medicine Specialist in Camden, TN and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University Of Tennessee Health Science Center College Of Medicine medical school in 2000. He is affiliated with medical facilities such as Camden General Hospital and Henry County Medical Center. He is the author of the bestseller ‘Lies My Doctor Told Me’ which exposes myths and misleading health advice from well-meaning doctors, such as avoiding fat. He also has a very popular youtube channel. Dr. Berry’s own health dramatically improved when he embraced a ketogenic diet.
Dr. Luxita Sharma is a Associate Professor & Head of Department of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, Amity University; Head of Institute, VLCC and has also been a Lecturer, Department of Home Science, Islamia Degree College. She is a subject matter specialist in the field of Obesity which was also a subject of her book ‘Understanding the World of Obesity’. Dr. Luxita has also written books on Exclusive food product researches, Hospital Support Services, Food and Nutrition in Unusual Diseases, Clinical Studies and Diet Plans for Common Diseases and Role of Functional Foods in Managing Diseases.
Dr. P Sheela is a subject matter specialist on Paleo Diet, Fermented foods and plant based foods. She has doctorate from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and believes in nutrition as a cure for various illness if used as a preventive measure or complimentary to the existing medical care protocols. Dr. Sheela has also trained various undergraduates in Principles of Food Science and Processing. She has trained entrepreneurs in the concepts and science of diary, has educated self help women about the value of masala products and has trained farmers in marketing techniques for foods.
I have done my Bachelors in Home Science with a specialisation in Food and Nutrition. My passion in this area made me do two more Diplomas; one in Dietetics, Health and Nutrition and another one in Nutrition and Health Education. This enhanced my zeal in this area above and beyond. As a nutritionist working with Keto India, I am able to justify my learnings by helping a plethora of people manage their health conditions through a healthy diet.
Dr. Gurjeet Chawla is a Professor at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She is a certified level two anthropometrist accredited by International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry. She is also a member of International Consultation on Worksite Health Promotion programme organised by World Health Organization. She is on board of The Foundation for Global Community Health (GCH) as Scientific Advisor. She has vast rich teaching and research experience of more than 22 years. She is also a recipient of National Health Award 2017 by Nutrition and Natural Health Sciences Association.
Joshua Bock is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Dept. Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, United States. He was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine for 4 years where he worked in Human Integrative and Cardiovascular Physiology Laboratory. He was also a Graduate Assistant at the Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana Area where he was a Stress-Test Technician and Exercise Leader in Ball State's Adult Physical Fitness Program. He has a PhD from Carver College of Medicine, University of Iowa and Master's of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Ball State University.
Lakshita Jain is Masters of Science in Foods and Nutrition with a career as a dietician and in teaching nutrition at Jagannath University, Rohini. She has been helping people from various backgrounds to make healthy foods choices and educating them about the importance of nutrition in daily life. She has Lecturer at Jagannath University, Rohini Sector-3 (JIMS) and is now the owner of owns the Diet clinic dt.lakshita Jain. She Specialized in diabetes education, bariatric surgery and child hood obesity, and is also a subject matter expert in Enteral Feeding (tube feeding nutrition) and artificial sweeteners.
Martina Slajerova is the co-founder at ketodietapp.com and creator of KetoDiet. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid and decided to quit sugar, grains, and processed foods, and to start following a whole-foods-based ketogenic approach to food. She avoided most fatty foods in fear of clogging her arteries and putting on weight. She based her diet around whole grains and vegetables, and limited her intake of animal products. She did exactly what the general dietary recommendations advised: She exercised more and ate less. Still, nothing worked. Finally, She got tired of dieting all the time so tried following a different approach. After she witnessed the incredible benefits of low-carb eating first-hand, she and her partner created KetoDiet and in 2012 launched the KetoDiet blog.
I have done my major in Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College and have a Masters’ in Foods and Nutrition from Punjab University. I specialize in Nutrition for PCOS, Diabetes, Thyroid, Weight Loss and Therapeutic Diets. I worked in clinical dietetics with Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, closely working with patients and people struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keeping up with the not so feasible diet plans. I am also trained in baking which deepens my understanding of food and nutrition . I have been working with Livofy since 2019. I believe that the benefits and results of Keto diet need to be shared with the world and nothing has made me happier than to make people fit everyday.
I have majored in Physical science in Chemistry and have a masters in Dietetics and Food Service Management from IGNOU. I am certified in Food and Nutrition. I have worked with Narayana Healthcare and Fortis Healthcare to study closely the effects of diet on health. I am passionate about heath and well being and I chose nutrition when I saw people juggling to understand the right type and amount of food to consume and maintain their health. I have been working with Livofy as a nutritionist and helping people to lose weight, reverse diabetes, PCOS etc.
Dr. Rachana Srivastava is a scientist in DST WOS-B scheme, Department of Community Medicine and School of Public Health PGIMER. She was an Assistant Professor at Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, UIAHS and has also been a Member of (BOS) Board of Studies at Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and Department of Food Technology at the Chandigarh University. She is a subject matter specialist in the field of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Obesity which was also the subject of the project she was a part of - ihealth L2D ( Lifestyle intervention to prevent Type 2 Diabetes amongst South Asians with central obesity and prediabetes). Dr. Rachana used to consult with Firstcry and work with National Dairy Research Institute and Indian Council of Medical Research, researching Impact of nutrition counselling on nutritional status of juvenile diabetics. Her experience also includes working with IGNOU and Max Healthcare.
I’m a B.Sc graduate with a keen interest in clinical nutrition. It's only been one month but I feel like I'm a big part of Keto India. Previously I have worked with Breathe Well Being where I learnt to make strong bonds with my patients and because of that even today I'm in touch with them. I like to keep things straight and subtle so due to whatever reason you've gained weight, I will give my 100% to get you back on track. Because there is no day to stay unhealthy, let's hit and burn that fat.
As a Nutritionist, working with Keto India has broadened my knowledge and widened my perspective which in turn has given me abundant opportunities to help people tackle their health situation through healthy eating. I have always loved helping people with their diet, workouts and observing their progress and Keto India has just given me that. Post that I did my internship at Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh. I have also completed a course Certificate in Food and Nutrition from IGNOU. I have an experience of 1.5 years with HealthifyMe Pvt Ltd. Looking at the kind of influence Keto India has had on their clients, I was amazed and wanted to be a part of their team. It feels great to have bagged the opportunity.
I have done my Master’s in Food and Nutrition from Institute of Home Economics Delhi University. I've held internships at well-known organisations including PepsiCo. I recently joined Keto India, and it makes me feel incredibly happy to be a part of this group. I am ecstatic to have the opportunity where I counsel patients with various medical conditions and help them reverse their conditions through dietary management.
