Ingredients for the recipe:
  • Keto Flour– 3 tbsp
  • Stevia- ½ tbs
  • Elaichi Powder- A pinch
  • Grated Coconut- 1/4 
  • Ghee- 1 tbs
Recipe Preparation: 

1: In a medium-sized bowl, and add 3 tbs of keto flour and few drops of stevia into the flour.

2: Take some water in a vessel and put it over the gas stove. Heat the water until it becomes lukewarm over medium flame. Turn the gas off and remove the vessel from the flame.

3: Now pour the water into the bowl containing the mixture of flour and stevia. Add the water while whisking continuously to avoid the formation of lumps in the mixture. 

4: To the above mixture, add a pinch of elaichi and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

5: Let the Chilla mixture to sit for a while and leave it undisturbed for ten minutes.

6: Heat a flat bottom pan over the gas flame. Add 1 tbsp of ghee to the pan. With the help of a ladle pour one ladle full of the Chilla batter onto the pan. Using the wrong side of the ladle spread the batter in a clockwise direction to get a round shape.

7. Cook one side till the Chilla appears flaky and roasted. Flip the Chilla to the other side and cook till done.

8 Turn the flame off and take the Chilla out of the pan and place it onto the serving plate

9 Garnish the Meetha Chilla with grated coconut to enhance the taste.

10 Serve it piping hot. Your Keto Meetha Chilla is ready to binge on!
