  1. Keto Mojito- It is a low carb refreshing, sugar-free, keto recipe. The cocktail is a great summer drink. You can have it with low carb tortillas chips or low carb snacks of your choice. Just a few ingredients you need and you’re on a way to sip this cocktail in keto style.Keto Mojito

Ingredients- 

  • 6 to 8fresh mint leaves muddled
  • 1ouncefresh lime juice1 large lime
  • 1ounceSugar-Free Simple Syrup
  • 1-1/2ouncewhite rum
  • ice
  • club soda or sparkling water

      Instructions

  • Fill a highball with ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh mint leaves. Add fresh lime juice, Sugar-Free Simple Syrup, and rum.
  • Shake.
  • Pour, unstrained, over the ice. Top with club soda or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

            Ingredients-

  • 8 lemon wedges
  • 8 medium-sized strawberries (including 4 for garnish)
  • 24 leaves mint
  • 4 sprigs mint sprigs, to garnish
  • 8 oz rum
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 cup Club Soda
  • ice cubes

Instructions- 

  •  In a cocktail shaker muddle the lemon wedges, 4 strawberries, and mint leaves. You can also use a mason jar and a spoon.
  • Add rum, lemon juice, agave nectar, and ice cubes and shake well.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour 1/4 cup club soda in each glass.
  • Strain the mix into each cup.
  • Garnish with strawberries and mint sprigs.

Ingredients-

  • 25 ounces Spanish red wine (equals 750 ml)
  • 3 ounces Brandy
  • 16 ounces Diet lemon-lime soda (sprite)
  • 12 drops EZ Sweetz (equals 4 tablespoons swerve)
  • 1 teaspoon Berry flavored enhancer
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange-flavored water enhancer (or 1/8 teaspoon orange extract)

Instructions- 

  • In a large pitcher mix the red wine, brandy, sweetener, and water enhancers. If using Swerve or Erythritol stir until dissolved.
  • Add berries, apple slices, lemon slices, and lime slices to the pitcher and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
  • When ready to serve, add the diet lemon-lime soda to the pitcher and stir. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
  • Garnish with lemon or lime wedge, pour into wine glasses, and serve.

  • water 

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup diet cranberry juice

  • sliced lime or strawberries (for garnish)
  • ice

Instructions-

  • Mix vodka, cranberry juice, syrup, and water enhancer in a pitcher filled with ice.
  • Stir until well blended then strain into 4 glasses filled with ice.
  • Top off each glass with 7Up.
  • Garnish with lime or strawberry.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

  • In a cocktail shaker or a measuring cup, combine tequila, lime juice, orange extract and sweetener, if using.
  • Fill two margarita glasses or old-fashioned glasses halfway with crushed ice.
  • Divide mixture evenly between glasses.
  • If you like a salted rim, run a wedge of lime around the outside of the glass before filling with ice and dip in a plate of kosher salt.

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer, and cook simmering for 20 minutes. Be very careful not to boil the mulled wine!

  • Traditionally, brandy is added to mulled wine — since it\’s a liquor, I decided not to use it.
  •  To save some carbs, try using orange extract instead of oranges.
