INGREDIENTS
  • 100g  lettuce/Cabbage/Iceberg/Romaine
  • 20g Capsicum
  • 10g tomatoes
  • 11g onions
  • 9g olives
  • 20g mushrooms
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Dressing of your choice (Coriander dip/Ranch SF/Homemade tomato sauce/SF Mayo/SF mustard)
  • Paneer Cubes
  • Chat Masala
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Chop 100g lettuce/ cabbage/ iceberg/romaine in a shredder or processor. 
  • Add sliced capsicum,  tomatoes, onions, olives, and mushrooms. 
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. 
  • You can add a dressing of your choice. (Coriander dip/ranch SF/homemade tomato sauce/SF mayo/SF mustard)
  • Add paneer cubes to the bowl and sprinkle chat masala, and mix well. 
  • To assemble the salad put the lettuce on a large platter. Top with the veggies. Cut the paneer into cubes.
  • Now, add paneer cubes sprinkle chat masala to the salad, and mix well. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
