Srinath is a 45-year-old man who didn’t stop until and unless he reached his goals. It’s incredibly daunting to know that he has lost a lot of weight! From his transformation journey, we realized that even if you feel like your weight loss is slow going, it’s more than you were doing, and that is something to be celebrated.
Srinath is an IT Professional from the Telangana, India. He reached out to us about two and half months ago and his journey of a healthy lifestyle started.
Being an IT Professional, he was always so caught up with his work that he didn’t even get time to take a proper meal and he always ended up eating high carb meals leading to an increase in his weight.
IT is an integral part of all organizations and we understand firsthand that people who work in IT are a unique, diverse community of individuals who do great work on the job and usually lead a hectic routine.
Srinath’s life was no different than this. And the Pandemic has not been so great for him too. He knew it was the correct time for him to start a diet that could complement his Lifestyle and could help him lose out on those extra Kilos he had gained.
His Medical Background
He was dealing with obesity for some time now! When he reached us out, he was 89kgs.
Losing weight and keeping it off isn’t easy. But neither is being overweight and out of shape.
Obesity is a complex disease involving an excessive amount of body fat. It is a medical problem that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers.
The genes you inherit from your parents may affect the amount of body fat you store, and where that fat is distributed. It can also be caused due to unhealthy lifestyle choices.
Obesity can occur at any age, even in young children. But as you age, hormonal changes and a less active lifestyle increase your risk of obesity. In addition, the amount of muscle in your body tends to decrease with age. Generally, lower muscle mass leads to a decrease in metabolism.
Srinath realized he has a strong reason for wanting to lose weight. For him, it’s all about being healthy, happy, and wanting to grow old gracefully and vibrantly. He wants to be able to feel good so he can continue to travel and pursue his dreams.
For a really long time, he was searching for a diet that could help him incorporate healthy changes into his lifestyle and he also wanted to become a fitter version of himself. Then he came across our website and enrolled himself in the weight loss protocol.
Srinath was amazed to see the results people were getting out of the diet and decided to give it a go with us. This is when Srinath started to find a fitter and healthier version of himself!
There are those people who can eat one piece of chocolate, one piece of cake, drink one glass of wine. There are even people who smoke one or two cigarettes a week. And then there are people for whom one of anything is not even an option. And that person is Srinath! He has not once cheated on his diet and since day 1, he has been highly diligent with following it. He never misses working out beside his diet and says that weight training has helped him a lot.

When he joined us he was 89 kgs & within 2.5 months he lost 10 kgs!
Srinath tells us that with us he has been able to increase his progressive overload with time. And he now competes with his kid altogether because his energy levels have significantly gone up.
