Slow Cooker Seafood Ramen

This slow-cooker seafood ramen is the very definition of comfort food. Given the fact that it’s slow-cooked, your house will be filled with the amazing fragrance of the various spices by the time this ramen cook. Funnily enough, a majority of the cooking time for this ramen does not even include the main ingredients of the dish. Although, the seafood and the ramen noodles will be the show-stoppers. Ingredients (4 Servings)

Slow Cooker Seafood Ramen

  • Seafood/chicken/vegetable broth (1.89L, Either)
  • Instant ramen noodles (170g approx.)
  • Seafood of choice (450g, raw or cooked)
  • Green onions, sliced (2)
  • Low-sodium soy sauce (2 tbsp) 
  • Rice vinegar (2 tbsp) 
  • Garlic cloves, minced (2)
  • Kale, chopped (¼ cup)
  • Tomatoes, sliced (225g)
  • Sesame oil (¼ tsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Pepper (¼ tsp)
  • Red pepper flakes (⅛ tsp)



  • Start by adding the broth, soy sauce, onions, rice vinegar, garlic, tomatoes, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Once added, stir well to mix. 
  • Now, let it cook on a high setting for 2-3 hours and then on a low setting for about 4-6 hours.
  • After 4-6 hours on the low setting, add in the seafood of your choice, ramen noodles, and the kale and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
