2) Coconut Milk

3) Cream

4) Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1) Take a scoop of avocado into a bowl and add some coconut milk, cream, and vanilla extract.

2) Mix this using a blender.

3) Add Erythritol or stevia and cocoa powder to the avocado mixture.

4) Mix everything well and add 4 cubes of 80% Dark chocolate into the bowl.

5) Leave Bowl in the fridge for 5 – 7 hours.

6) Add the mixture to the ice cream machine  For 20 minutes to enjoy the flavor.

7) Ice-cream is ready to serve.
