Keto Oreo Crumbs

  • 11 g Cocoa Powder
  • 60 g Almond Flour
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners Or Erythritol

Keto Vanilla Cream

  • 160 ml Coconut Cream
  • 2-4 tbsp Erythritol
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 160 ml Coconut Milk, Full Fat
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Oreo Crumbs

  • in a pan, Add some  Almond Flour over  medium heat and Cook until Aromatic (2-3 mins).
  • Mix it in a bowl  and whisk together , take Salt, sugar  and Cocoa Powder.
  • Stir in Melted Coconut Oil until Mixture turns into a  Coarse paste .  take about a one fourth the Mixture and break the crust Into Silicon Candy Molds and Freeze both, the Mold and the remaining crumb Mixture until Solid.

Keto Vanilla Cream

  • In a saucepan, over medium heat whisk together kosher salt, erythritol and full-fat coconut milk. Once creamy and thick, let it cool.
  • Whip Heavy  Cream in a bowl, add Vanilla essence  and the Coconut Milk mixture, and mix it again.
  • Once done, add the remaining frozen oreo biscuit mixture. Then add the Vanilla cream mixture into the molds and freeze until solid.
