This keto dessert requires few ingredients and can be made quickly. Memorize when you are giving them shape; be quick and carry loads of perseverance. Make a group and keep them in the freezer. The best thing is that you can have them without disclosing your diet regimen, as they have less than 2 net carbs per piece and no sugar at all.

Keto Til Laddoo Recipe- 

INGREDIENTS
  • Desiccated Coconut – 5 gm
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.75 cup Sesame Seeds Whole/dried
  • 25 gm Amul Whipping Cream
  • 60 ml Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 3/4th Cup Sweetener

Instructions
  • Map out the sesame seeds and the coconut.
  • Now grind the sesame seeds.
  • Add the sesame seeds and the desiccated coconut and start roasting it on low heat in a heavy-bottomed pan,
  • Now add melted ghee and keep roasting and stirring continuously.
  • When the mixture has turned golden, add the sweetener and roast some more.
  • Then add the cream if you want at this stage. 
  • So, once the mixture is nice and golden, transfer it to a bowl and set it aside to cool for about ten minutes. Mix in the coconut milk until thoroughly combined.
  • Begin making small laddoos and placing them in a freezer-proof tray or plate.
  • After an hour, wrap the laddoos in the wrap and store them in an airtight container.
