These mushrooms are such a simple recipe that only uses a handful of ingredients. It’s a perfect last-minute low carb side dish that goes with just about anything.

Ingredients
  • 200g Mushrooms
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Balck Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
Instructions
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in the pan till it\’s near smoking.
  • Add in the 200g mushrooms and season pink Himalayan Salt and ½ tsp black pepper.
  • Put ½ tbsp butter and rosemary and cook down.
  • Now, add in 3 garlic clove chopped and fry.
  • Once the garlic starts to brown turn the stove off.
  • Add in the remaining ½ tbsp butter.
  • Finish with fresh basil.
