Puneet Yadav is a 24-year-old Entrepreneur from San Francisco, California. He leads a highly active lifestyle where he works out for 2 hours every day.
His first love is working out. It’s been 12 years since he has been going to the gym. His gym game has always been strong. It was all fun and games until when he started realizing that despite the fact that he was working out in a really good manner, his body fat percentage was still 18.5.
