Berry Smoothie

  • Apple juice or almond milk/skim milk or coconut milk (1 ½ cups)
  • Banana (1, Sliced)
  • Frozen mixed berries (1 ½ cups)
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt (¾ cup)
  • Honey (1 tbsp, optional)

Garnish (Optional):

  • fresh berries and mint sprigs

Instructions

This delicious smoothie is extremely easy to make:

  • In a blender, add the apple juice (almond milk/skim milk or coconut milk), banana, the mixed berries, vanilla greek yogurt and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add in honey if required. Serve cold with an optional garnish of berries and a mint sprig.
