Garlic Ranch Chicken

 There are always days when you want to make an easy chicken recipe, and that’s when this garlic ranch chicken comes into the picture.

It’s the best, and everybody loves it, especially on busy weeknights after work and school. These chicken thighs bake up to a deliciously crispy crunch on the outside, with tender, juicy meat and a tasty, tangy ranch flavour.

Before we start with the recipe, a few essential tips about the chicken, it’s crucial to use skinless, boneless breast as resistant to chicken thighs. 

They hold up better to the bold flavourings, are more saporous, and won’t dry out. Stay aware of trimming off most of the excess fat so that they are pleasant to eat. 


  • Three tablespoons or one pkg. ranch dressing mix
  • One tablespoon garlic salt
  • Two tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • One tablespoon lemon juice
  • Four boneless skinless chicken breasts


  • Combine the dressing, garlic, and basil in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, turning them to coat. Squeeze out air and seal bag—place in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.

  • Preheat oven to medium heat for 15mins.

  • Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 8 minutes on each side and wait for occasionally turning until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
