Prakhar is a 22-year-old student from Delhi, India who’s currently pursuing law. He leads a moderately active lifestyle where he hardly gets any time to work out because of his college and daily traveling.
Since his childhood, Prakhar has dreamt of becoming a Cricketer and he used to practice on a daily basis. But soon after getting into college, he started getting a little to absolutely no time for cricket. He had to keep up with his attendance and internships all the time. Apart from this, Prakhar’s eating habits were no good. His diet has always been high on carbs. He was literally falling to eat healthily and he wasn’t even working out due to his hectic schedule.
Now let us take you back to where this all started going wrong for him. Prakhar has always been a great foodie. He loves eating food and by “the food” here we mean Junk Food. What is “junk food”? Essentially any food that is highly processed, high in calories, and low in nutrients is referred to as Junk Food. As a result of this, Prakhar gained a lot of weight when he was a teenager. He was always bullied for being the fat kid in the room. Fat-shaming isn’t good. Multiple times, he tried to get rid of his stubborn fat, but always in vain as his eating habits were not getting better at all.
Every weekend he used to have beer and binge ate to cheat meals and he just could not stop it even though he knew it was the reason behind his love handles. He also has a slow metabolism. Metabolism is partly genetic and largely outside of one\’s control. Changing it is a matter of considerable debate. Some people are just lucky.
