This is what kept Ayushi motivated enough for taking a step towards a healthy and better life. This ketogenic success journey narrates the story of Ayushi who is a 25-year-old HR in Gurgaon based company. She leads a lightly active lifestyle where she works out for at least an hour in a day.

Everything was going pretty well until she started noticing that her weight had hit a plateau. It wasn’t coming down and she started having a hard time losing weight. She was regularly going to the gym but even after that, she wasn\’t able to see any kind of results and her weight kept stalling.
