Garlic paneer is a very delicious starter recipe. . This Chilli Garlic Paneer is an effortless and Quick starter that you can prepare within 30 minutes. Chilli garlic paneer is prepared by grinding Kashmiri chilies, garlic pods along with vinegar, salt, and then sautéed with onions and bell peppers.

If you have a party or a get-together you can prepare this starter without thinking anything. The essence of garlic and Kashmiri chilies was very good.

Garlic as an additive gives an extra kick to any dish it gets added to. The pungency of garlic goes away with a little bit of cooking and it retains a wonderful flavour in any dish beautifully. 

Garlic paneer is a tasty appetizer recipe that can be prepared in less than 15 minutes because all the ingredients are easily available in our households as paneer is easy to make at home and can be kept in an airtight box for up to 4 days. 


1) Garlic Cloves

2) Chilies

3) Pink Himalayan Salt

4) Ghee

5) Cumin Seeds

6) Onion

7) Olive Oil

8) Paneer

9) Coriander

1) Blend garlic cloves,  chilies, pink Himalayan salt to taste, and 2-3 tbsp of water. 

2) Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add cumin seeds and allow the seeds to crackle.

3) Fry onions until golden in the pan. Add the dressing prepared above and cook till it becomes thick and the oil separates.

4) Add the paneer diced into pieces for 2-3 minutes. 

5) Finish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

6) Enjoy with your family and friends.
