Keto Sesame Crispbread Recipe is crunchy, easy  Low in carbohydrates, Gluten-free, Grain-free, and almost everything else free. They are better than the regular crackers, made out of Fathead dough, topped with sesame seeds, which makes you love them any time of the day.

This version will satisfy your crunchy snack cravings without disrupting your Dietary regime! They are a great substitute for dips and spreads, and they taste great on their own as well. 

They both are, inherently elevated level of cellulose snacks but are easily one of the most popular and addictive bites out there but we got you covered with these low carb munchies. They are also great for anyone living a gluten-free lifestyle and are delicious for snacking by themselves but sturdy enough for a chicken salad, heavy dips like guacamole, or my delicious Ketone balanced Salmon Cream Cheese Dip. These low carb crackers are also perfect for people in ketosis because they\’re full of fiber, which is incredibly important to include when you\’re following ketone management program.

This low-carbohydrate crunchy recipe goes well as finger food with dips, cheese, and meats. These are great sesame salt crackers for dips, cheese, and the perfect snack alternative for all those excessive cellulose bites.

This recipe makes approximately 30 sumptuous crunchies. If they are soft post the second baking, cook them for another 2-3 minutes before drying to ensure that they are cooked through.

Ingredients

1) Sesame Seeds.

2) Sunflower Seeds.

3) Shredded Cheese.

4) Psyllium husk.

5) Paneer.

6) Water.

7) Pink Himalayan salt.

Instructions

1) Mix all ingredients and spread out on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

2) Sprinkle Pink Himalayan salt on top.

3) Set the oven to 350 f for 20 minutes.

4) Carefully cut the crispbread into the desired form.

5) Lower the heat to 280 Fahrenheit and put them back into the oven for 40 minutes.

6) Remove and make sure it’s dry all the way through. Leave it in the oven and keep the oven door ajar until the oven is cool.

7) Serve well and enjoy yourself with your family.
