  • 1 large Avocado approximately 150gm
  • 1/4th cup chopped Onion
  • 1/4th cup chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Green Chili finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

  1. Choose a slightly soft avocado and has dark green, almost blackish skin.
  2. Cut into half, scoop out the seed.
  3. Scoop out its flesh into the bowl using a spoon.
  4. Slightly mash it using the potato masher or cutter.
  5. Stop mashing when the guacamole is still a little thick.
  6. Use freshly chopped onion and tomatoes and stir to combine. You can use a fork to mix.
  7. Add two spoons of lemon juice to the mixture to give a perfect tangy flavor to the mixture.
  8. Taste and add additional salt until the flavors really sing.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole.
  10. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serve.
